May 30, 2016 I've got a stack of Motorola MC55 scanners that Windows suddenly doesn't want to recognize. Connect your device without reinstalling WMDC and it should connect just fine and reinstall WMDC itself as well. In the meantime we'll see if we can get the files onto the scanners via wifi. Where there's a connection, there's a way!

1) Wipe the handheld and reinstall the OS. Then try establishing a connection
2) Upgrade the firmware on the handheld with the issue
3) See what the handheld will do while it is docked.
4) Disable the wireless adapter and re-enable it.
5) Disable Zero Config and re-enable it
6) Reboot the Access Point closest to the handheld's location
7) Pull the battery out of the handheld while it is turned ON. Leave it off for 10-15 minutes.
Reinstall battery and see what happens when you turn it back on
